The Sporthotel Kühtai is the ideal starting point for sporting activities during your winter vacation in Tyrol. Centrally located in Kühtai and with wellness and entertainment facilities in-house, it becomes the center for sports, fun, relaxation and experiencing alpine LIFE at +2,000 meters.
The following conditions apply to our standard rate for the 2024/25 winter season, depending on the day of arrival:
Arrival 29.11.2024 up to and including 20.12.2024
Arrival 11.01.2025 up to and including 24.01.2025
Arrival 22.03.2025 up to and including 04.04.2025
- up to and including 28 days before the day of arrival cancellation free of charge
- 27 days to 8 days before the day of arrival 75% of the arrangement price
- within the last 7 days before the day of arrival 100% of the arrangement price
Arrival 21.12.2024 up to and including 10.01.2025
Arrival 25.01.2025 up to and including 21.03.2025
Arrival 05.04.2025 up to and including 26.04.2025
- up to and including 42 days before the day of arrival free cancellation
- 41 days to 28 days before the day of arrival 50% of the arrangement price
- 27 days to 8 days before the day of arrival 75% of the arrangement price
- within the last 7 days before the day of arrival 100% of the arrangement price
For the standard rate (with cancellation policies), the following conditions apply for the winter season 2025/26, depending on the arrival date.:

Arrival 10.01.2026 up to and including 29.01.2026
Arrival 28.02.2026 up to and including 26.03.2026
Arrival 11.04.2026 up to and including 18.04.2026
- up to and including 28 days before the day of arrival cancellation free of charge
- 27 days to 8 days before the day of arrival 75% of the arrangement price
- within the last 7 days before the day of arrival 100% of the arrangement price
Arrival 18.12.2025 up to and including 09.01.2026
Arrival 30.01.2026 up to and including 27.02.2026
Arrival 27.03.2026 up to and including 10.04.2026
- up to and including 42 days before the day of arrival free cancellation
- 41 days to 28 days before the day of arrival 50% of the arrangement price
- 27 days to 8 days before the day of arrival 75% of the arrangement price
- within the last 7 days before the day of arrival 100% of the arrangement price
Apart from the above-mentioned periods, the regular terms and conditions will apply as follows:
According to § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG (Federal Act on Distance Selling and Contracts concluded outside of Business Premises) there is no right of withdrawal according to § 11 FAGG for this contract conclusion. A withdrawal of the contracting party is therefore exclusively governed by the following paragraphs.
Up to 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract may be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the Party.
Outside the period specified in the previous paragraph, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the Party is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the arrival date 90 % of the total arrangement price.
EXCEPTION: If you have booked our Non Refundable Rate, it is not cancelable or changeable. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the cost will be retained.
